The place of judiciary in Kerala LDF style democracy is fast changing dimensions.CPM band wagons have no respect for law n judiciary as they think that their party is supreme and above law.Peoples' representatives should not be restricted, whether they conduct meeting blocking the roads, conducting bandhs,hartals etc all inconveniencing the "public" their supposed "YAJAMANS".How funny things are going on today torturing the public in the name of the public!!Is there no provisions in the Indian Constitution to BAN such a political party which has no respect for Law n Judiciary ? If there is ,it is high time to BAN these uncivilised political party.
